The VariSorb XL SAAFCity filter is designed specifically to remove low to medium concentrations of particulate and gaseous pollutants, and is suitable for fresh or return air AHUs in air conditioning systems. The filter element is composed of a fiber layer (embedded with fine granular filter material) and non-woven fabric (upper and lower layers for support) pleated together, and then assembled with a frame (HIPS). There is a layer of primary filter cotton with an efficiency of F7 on the inlet surface, and the pleated V-shaped filter element can accommodate the most filter material, increasing the contact area with pollutants. Each filter is packaged and sealed in plastic bags and cardboard boxes.

High removal efficiency

Unlike traditional particle filter bed chemical filters, the microstructure of VariSorbXLSAAFCity ensures that each kilogram of filter material can be fully utilized, resulting in high absorption efficiency. In addition, the compact pleated structure bends the path of pollutants in the filter element, increases their residence time, and achieves high removal efficiency. This structural feature can greatly reduce resistance, minimize leakage and wear. According to relevant local laws and regulations, the overall filter structure can be incinerated.

The VariSorb XLSAAFCity filter is designed specifically to remove urban gas pollutants, including VOCs, SOX, NOX, and 03 generated indoors (carpets, paints, solvents, and cleaning agents) and outdoors (industrial and transportation, etc.). Application Guide

The VariSorbXLSAAFCity filter integrates the primary filter for removing particulate pollutants and the chemical filter for removing gases, thus avoiding dust from directly falling on the chemical filter material and extending the life of the chemical filter without increasing resistance.
