YTF's unique structural design ensures excellent performance in harsh operating environments. This combination of durability and high efficiency makes it the preferred choice for some specialized systems, such as paint booths and cleanroom air filtration systems. It is also suitable for general HVAC systems, turbulent flow systems with variable airflow, and high humidity environments.

Moisture-proof, high-strength cardboard frame


The frame is made of high-quality fiberboard, with special additives to maintain strength for high humidity environments. A thin film is added to the outer surface to further enhance the frame's moisture resistance.


Double-layer high-density filter paper for increased dust holding capacity


YTF filter paper is made of microfiber double-layer glass fiber paper coated with waterproof adhesive. The inlet surface uses a coarser fiber structure, while the outlet surface uses a finer fiber structure. This structure is more effective at capturing dust particles along the thickness direction, thus increasing dust holding capacity. The filter paper is also waterproof, allowing intermittent exposure to humid environments.


Combined structural design for increased strength and leak prevention


Two interlocking modular frames form a double-layer protective wall around the filter, preventing leaks and increasing robustness.


Easy disposal.


Compared to traditional box-type filters, the filter is only 95mm thick, and the fiberboard frame makes it easy to discard and incinerate.


High efficiency, low resistance – reduced operating costs


Folded design


YTF's folded design achieves maximum dust holding capacity with minimal resistance, thus reducing operating costs. The filter media support frame, fixed to the modular frame, is glued to the top of the pleats to further ensure sufficient pleat space. The uniform pleated space allows airflow to pass evenly across the entire filter surface, maintaining low resistance and fully utilizing the depth of the filter media to achieve higher dust holding capacity. This design allows for a thickness of only 1/3 that of traditional corrugated aluminum insulated filters while maintaining the same filter paper area. The filter uses high-quality glass fiber filter media, and the filter paper area is twice that of other manufacturers (based on a 295mm thick box filter).
