Internationally advanced liquid-sealed adhesive design, offering excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance, and low bacterial growth. With moderate hardness, it maintains excellent sealing even after repeated disassembly and assembly and a period of settling.

Compact Structure, Easy Installation and Replacement

The YTF-Sealed frame is made of extruded aluminum profile. Imported phosphate-free polyurethane adhesive is used to seal the waterproof and flame-retardant fiberglass filter element, which is separated by hot-melt adhesive, further supplemented by a protective mesh, gaskets, and other components. Compact structure, small and lightweight, easy to install and replace.

According to EN1822 standards, the filter efficiency is tested using a PMS laser particle counter and PSL particle size distribution method with MPPS (easily penetrating particle size) to ensure that the filter efficiency meets requirements.
