High humidity resistant high-efficiency air filters, also known as high humidity resistant high-efficiency filters or high humidity resistant air filters, use ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter media and aluminum alloy plates as separators. After special moisture-proof treatment, they are bonded to a stainless steel outer frame. They feature high filtration efficiency, low impedance, large dust holding capacity, and good high humidity resistance. They are suitable for air purification under normal temperature, pressure, and high humidity conditions, and are particularly suitable for air purification in high-humidity environments such as pharmaceutical infusion production.

1. High humidity resistant HEPA filters with separators are mainly used to filter airborne particles larger than 0.3μm, serving as the final filter in various filtration systems.


2. The filter media is made of high humidity resistant ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, separated by aluminum foil. Corrugated paper separators or aluminum separators maintain equal spacing between each pleat, allowing airflow to pass through easily, ensuring effective use of the filter media and increasing strength.


3. The filter is sealed with a special sealant on all four sides to ensure its airtightness.


4. It features high efficiency, low resistance, large dust holding capacity, and resistance to high humidity.
